The mission of Total Training
Network (TTN) is to improve our customers' business performance by
providing solution-based products and services.
Our vehicle to improve business performance is
a process of lifelong learning. We accomplish this by focusing on the
development of the whole person to ensure personal, family, and business
success.
TTN's original parent company, Peak Performers International, was founded
in 1987. Peak Performers offered sales training, management training, and motivational seminars
in 14 cities in the United States and Canada.
In the early 90's clients were requesting in-house training programs,
and Total Training Network was formed in 1995 to satisfy this demand.
In
1999, Total Training Network became a wholly owned subsidiary of BI,
winner of the 1999 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
In June of 1999, Dun & Bradstreet and Entrepreneur magazine named Total
Training Network as one of its Hot 100 companies. It measured company performance,
product or service provided, and company management as important ingredients
to become a Hot 100 company.
