TTN Custom Content Hosting
TTN Customers may elect to have their own courses hosted on the TTN LMS. The following may be provided to TTN for encoding/conversion: DVD, VHS, S-VHS, Audio Cassette, CD, Betacam Tape, Zip Disc, Digital Video Files (MPEG, AVI, MOV). MS PowerPoint, text, or PDF files can also be hosted on the TTN LMS. Other formats may incur an additional charge.


TTN Streaming Media Encoding
A key part of delivering high-quality streaming media is how well the audio or video is encoded. TTN can convert almost any media into a streaming format that is compatible with our LMS. We convert your media into the smallest file size while maintaining the highest level of quality.  (see chart below)

Below is an excerpt from the TTN Privacy Policy that applies
:

Handling of Customer's Media
Total Training Network, upon Customer's request and subject to all payment requirements and contract terms, shall convert, through its own efforts and those of its sub-contractors, Customer's multimedia materials into a streaming video and/or audio format, or another agreed upon format. Customer shall provide Total Training Network with a copy of the materials to be converted in the format as specified on the Customer's quote submitted to Total Training Network. Customer should not provide Total Training Network with the original of the materials to be converted and, in no instance, shall Total Training Network be liable to Customer for direct damages for loss of, or other damage to, Customer's materials greater than the cost of the medium on which the materials were transmitted to Total Training Network. Customer shall retain all rights, including all trademark, licensing and copyright rights, in both the original multimedia materials as well as the streaming media materials.
