U.S. Home Systems, Inc. has been a TTN client since 2003.  They created a robust training system incorporating the TTN core library with Custom Content offered to nearly 1000 users.  Their use has skyrocketed in 2008!  The drive starts with a very dedicated champion, Ray Gollaher.

When asked about his success with the training, he responded that he sends out emails on a regular basis detailing how many users participated in the assessment that month or how many courses were viewed that month or even over a 24-hour period.  He uses bold letters and red text in his messages as well as an attention grabber.  The unique part of his email is his closing.

That is a powerful question when you haven’t been utilizing the training.  He had a few people call and ask that he stop sending these to them, but his response was “Absolutely not.  Training is our responsibility.”  He continues to push the training and send out the emails.  Any administrator that works with the 6.1 version of the LMS has the ability to get a lot of company training statistics from the dashboard feature that will help you promote your training and increase usage as well.  Congratulations to U.S. Home Systems, Inc. for having over 1800 courses viewed within the past 6 months!  Are you watching and learning?
