This feature allows administrators to specify exactly which rights are given to each manager in the LMS system. Create managers that can only run reports, or only add/assign users, etc.
Quickly and easily assign managers to multiple departments.
Get feedback from your employees. Users can now rate each course and take a short evaluation on what they have watched. Complete reporting is also available in Site Administration.
Finding courses is now even easier! Our search engine will now auto-suggest course titles as you type your keywords.
Administrators and managers can upload files to the File Cabinet and attach them to a user profile. i.e. resumes, performance docs, user review docs, etc.
Administrators and managers can now delete individual test results for users to allow them to take the test again.
Give only licensed users access to custom courses, premium courses, or core library courses.
Administrators can now set a passing percent for individual courses. This will override the default passing percent set in the Company Options.
Administrators set the default text for all customizable email messages.
Company Branding: Set Site Name, Site Login URL, and default Site Email Address.
Managers and administrators will have the ability to lock down a class so that only specified department(s) can see it as an available class and/or enroll in the class.
Ability to categorize classes by subject.
Ability to generate a custom report and view a summary including statistics.
Administrators and managers will be able to export more data into an Excel formatted report. i.e. Completed classes and completed files.
This feature allows administrators and managers to print a user's completion certificate in order to present this to the user.
Administrators and managers have the ability to save data from the LMS Dashboard so they can include it in their own custom Word, Excel, or PowerPoint documents.
Administrators and managers will be able to track the completed courses that were recommended from the Assessment results.
